Construction between 2019 and 2023

With the construction of the Campus, the Club took up the challenge of developing a 59-hectare site at the cutting edge of innovation, while respecting the unique landscape of the Coteaux de Seine: a real challenge that mobilized multiple skills.

An exemplary project
The construction of the Paris Saint-Germain Campus began with a major earthmoving phase, which outlined the contours of the site and revealed its full potential. This fundamental process mobilized up to 30 machines simultaneously, testifying to the scale and complexity of the operation. This meticulous work shaped the three main platforms of the future center, spaces that now house the buildings and sports fields, serving as the foundation for the entire project.

At the same time, Neveux & Rouyer played a key role in the landscape design of the site, with green spaces covering an area of 30 hectares. This mission enabled the site to be transformed into a veritable natural setting, with a diversity of spaces such as orchards, a vegetable garden, a forecourt, meadows and wooded areas. The choice and layout of these different areas were designed to highlight the site's natural assets, while preserving its harmony with the environment and extending the edge of the Marly forest to the south of the site.

For the construction of the buildings, all the building trades were mobilized with expertise and precision. Each phase of the project was coordinated: foundations, structural work, finishing work, facades and interior fittings for the various buildings.

As for the sports fields, the creation of these infrastructures involved in-house experts, committed to working to a complex set of specifications, combining high standards with unique know-how. Each pitch was designed to an exceptional level of detail to meet the highest standards of performance and quality.

Throughout the construction period, Paris Saint-Germain chose to carry out an exemplary worksite, with minimal environmental and noise impact.
This commitment to respecting the environment and local residents found formal expression in 2019, with the introduction of a “Charter for a remarkable worksite”, an innovative initiative that ensured that these commitments were monitored throughout the worksite.
