At the apex of the site, the plateau dedicated to Paris Saint-Germain’s professional footballers is surrounded by greenery, offering the players plenty of peace and privacy. Here, everything has been designed to improve the working environment and boost the performance of the men’s team, providing optimal training conditions, comprehensive support and cutting-edge equipment.
PLENTY OF SPACE TO BOOST PERFORMANCE
The site’s functionality and player comfort were the main criteria taken into consideration when designing the plateau that would be used by the professional footballers. From the layout of the spaces to ensuring the users can move easily between the different areas, everything has been designed to make things easier for the professionals and their staff.
Dedicated and adapted facilities will improve the technical team’s day-to-day monitoring of the players. Beyond the improvements in terms of equipment and support, the space dedicated to professionals was also an opportunity to develop the club’s R&D.

OPTIMUM TRAINING CONDITIONS
Outdoors, the professionals’ plateau has three smart training pitches and a training area for goalkeepers.
Indoors, the quarters reserved for the professionals and the staff include:
- changing rooms and a common room;
- a “Performance” area with high-tech fitness rooms, a video analysis room and therapeutic swimming pools;
- a medical treatment room, to respect the players’ privacy;
- a catering area;
- single bedrooms where the players can rest the night before matches or recover after training;
- a special area for the staff.

AN AREA RESERVED FOR THE MEDIA
The professional footballers’ quarters also has a space for receiving the media. It has a reception area with TV screens, a 90-seat auditorium, interview rooms and TV studios, plus a workspace looking out onto the professional pitches and a patio overlooking
the whole site.
